Accessibility Statement

1. Our Commitment

FST Property Group is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnification, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation. Our target standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This site is actively maintained with that standard in mind, and this statement is reviewed whenever the site changes.

2. Conformance Status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means some parts of the content have not been fully tested against every success criterion, though known issues found in our own review have been corrected. This is a good-faith internal review, not a certification from an independent accessibility auditor.

3. Measures We've Taken

As of the date above, this includes:

• Every field in the contact form (name, phone, email, property address, state, message) has a programmatic label a screen reader can announce.
• Text color and background combinations across the site were checked against WCAG's minimum contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text) and corrected where they fell short.
• Internal navigation links that pointed to the wrong place from certain pages were fixed so every link goes where it says it goes.
• The homepage's background video has a visible pause/play control, since it starts automatically and would otherwise run with no way to stop it.

4. Known Limitations

The homepage hero places text over a background video and photo of a landscape, with a dark gradient layered on top to keep the text readable. Because the image and video content behind the text vary, we could not mathematically verify contrast the way we did for solid-color backgrounds elsewhere on the site. We reviewed it visually and believe it reads clearly, but we have not exhaustively checked every video frame. If any part of this site is hard for you to read or use, please tell us using the contact information below and we will fix it.

5. Compatibility

This site is built to work with current, generally available browsers and their built-in accessibility features, and with standard assistive technologies such as screen readers and keyboard-only navigation. It does not depend on a mouse to use any feature.
